Registration

Registration requires participants to fill out the online form (link below) and pay the due fee by bank transfer (only UniMC students are exempt from payment). Copy of the transaction and proof of non-UniMC student status (if applicable) will need to be provided in order to successfully complete the registration process.

Fees and important dates

Registration fees are intended as contributions to the conference costs.
A receipt of payment will be provided over the three days of the conference.
All participants, including those *not* giving a paper, must register (using the form provided below).

Registration opens on 10 September 2015 and closes on 20 February 2016.

• Early bird fee: (10 September 2015 - 30 January 2016):  110 euros (90 for non-UniMC students, non-UniMC Ph.D. students included*)
• Regular fee: (31 January 2015 - 20 February 2016): 150 euros (110 for non-UniMC students*)
• UniMC students: free admission (click here for further info)

*to qualify for the student rate, proof of student status must be provided.

FOR UNIMC STUDENTS ONLY

We are not able to receive further requests from UniMC students.

Available CFU: 2

Participation in at least 4 sessions is required, plus the submission of a final report.

FOR UNIMC STUDENTS ONLY:

Per l'ottenimento dei relativi CFU, è obbligatoria la partecipazione a 4 sessioni: 2 mattine e 2 pomeriggi, o 3 mattine e 1 pomeriggio interi, comprensivi di plenarie e di una delle sessioni parallele previste per tutta la durata della mattinata e/o del pomeriggio. La relazione andrà consegnata in cartaceo, indirizzata alla prof.ssa Elena Di Giovanni, presso l'ufficio di Via Illuminati 4 (portineria), entro il 20 marzo.

Important!!! You will need to have at hand a copy of your payment receipt and non-UniMC student status (if applicable). UniMC students: please specify "UNIMC" in the Affiliation field.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All registrations are considered binding and become effective upon submission of this form. Cancellations need to be made in writing and cancellation fees are charged as follows:

- up to 8 weeks prior to the conference: 50% of the participation fee (i.e. 50% refund of the paid conference fee)
- up to 5 weeks prior to the conference: 75% of the participation fee (i.e. 25% refund of the paid conference fee)
- up to 4 weeks prior to the conference: 100% of the participation fee (i.e.conference fee will not be refunded, unless participants provide evidence of important health issues, namely a doctor's certificate)

Please note, that there is no refund for nonattendance. It is, however, possible to send a replacement without any extra cost or formal procedure, prior to notification to the Organising Committee (lang.div@unimc.it).
